We were engaged to be married before his tour in Vietnam in 69, then a few years after marriage as he was an infantry officer stationed at the Basic School (training for officers) at Quantico (where our daughter was born). Then law school. Then years as a JAG (military lawyer) and judge. He retired at 20 years. He is in no way a supporter of what this admin is doing and is VERY concerned about what the firing of the highest level JAGs portends. Point is, no one should take the support of the military for granted.
