Can we dock their pay?
And double it each day they stay out?
(example day 1 is a dollar, day 2 is 2 dollars, day three is 4 dollars, and so on, until they get zero). Or withhold it completely? They aren't working anyway, why should they get paid for doing nothing, while military personnel, air traffic controllers and others are working without pay?
