7. Trump has sought to kill "Obamacare" since McCain gave the "skinny repeal" bill the thumbs down in July 2017.

McCain defeated the Republican effort to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA), he was opposed to the "skinny repeal" bill that was presented to the Senate that failed to deliver a replacement for the ACA. Trump never forgave MCain, this is his retribution.
