If t-rump commutes Ghislaine Maxwell's federal sentence for sex trafficking will a state charge her?

Because if he wasn't sure if his own absolute omnipotence before he certainly is now.

As Rachael pointed out tonight, he's pardoned every crooked MAGA and associates, all of his Insurrectionist co-conspirators and accomplices,

including the fake electors who tried to submit bogus-ass documents to the National Archives FRAUDULENTLY declaring A LOSER the winner.

So he knows he can commute Maxwell and the MSM would hardly blink. Nor would his idolisers..

I would think the only states that could have a basis for charging her are Florida, New York & New Mexico. I can't imagine Florida would do it. I have no idea whether it could even be a possibility in New York or New Mexico based on their state laws.

I don't think she is an American citizen and any legal way she had to be in the US should have ended. This might mean that if she is sent to the UK, they might charge her for something done there.
