Early tonight's Lawrence O'Donnell says he presented the idea about subpoena of the estate and his guest picked up on it and ran with it.

2. Yes, that goes back to the birthday drawing - The atty representing some of the victims said Congress should supoena

the estate for the Birthday book to see if the picture existed. They got the birthday book and much more it seems.
