but the aoppropriate answer would have been "Never." I honestly didn't notice much cognitive decline in Biden. What I dd notice was a marked physical slowdown evidenced by worsening speech (increased stuttering, some slurring) and things like slowedf gait and reaction times. All that stuff is very different from cognitive decline, although civilians like that moron Hannity are always confusing them.

IOW, I knew Biden was likely suffering a worsening health problem but that didn't mean his brain was the part that was fizzling out.
