compared with 31% in October.

That shows the messaging about cuts to healthcare has failed. That was essential to make the shutdown worthwhile.

There are natural variations from sampling vagarities, so they got a few more GOP fans this month, slight shifts in this score are meaningless. A longterm trend up or down has some value, but these are more for politicans to craft messages than for it to be a measure like GDP, Unemployment or Inflation.

And nothing motivates our voters like voting in elections when Trump is in office.

I am sure that Putin would be happy to share how he works the voting in Russia, and share his techniques, if He and Musk haven't already done that prior to the 2024 election, or even prior to the 2016 election......

While Democrats continue to absolutely despise him as always, Republican approval of him slid from 81% in March to 68% in November. That is significant. I can't remember a time when his approval among Republicans was that low.

Emerson (which has had Trump fluffing poll results all year) had Trump at 47-47 on 10/13-14. Three weeks later (11/3-4) he had dropped to -8 (41-49)

I&I/TIPP (another Trump fluffer) had Trump at -3 on 9/30-10/2 (43-46). 1 Month later (10/28-31) he was at -11 (40-51)

BTW, DO NOT USE Real Clear Polling for polling information. Checking it today, some of the numbers they are showing on their aggregate page are FAKE.

For example: for a recent Big Data Poll, RCP shows Trump at +3, when in reality, that poll had him at -6.

Besides that, they are totally ignoring all the recent polls which show Trump way underwater. AP-NORC (-26), IPSOS (-18), Navigator Research (-18), CNN/SSRS (-22). RCP doesn't list any of them. DO NOT TRUST RCP!

https://www.pewresearch.org/global/2025/06/11/confidence-in-trump/

He was especially loathed in Europe and South America, but he is thought of positively in a few countries.

-Ratings of Trump are especially negative in Mexico (where 91% have little or no confidence in Trump’s ability to do the right thing regarding world affairs), Sweden (85%), Germany (81%), Spain (80%) and Turkey (80%).

-Majorities in Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Mexico, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and Turkey have no confidence at all in Trump.

-In contrast, confidence in Trump is higher in Nigeria (where 79% have some or a lot of confidence), Israel (69%), Kenya (64%), Hungary (53%) and India (52%). But in no country does a majority have a lot of confidence in the U.S. president.
