My Republican friends/associates still seem as wedded to Trump as ever.

2. The Congressional Repugs Were Waiting For An Opportunity Like This....

They don't have the courage to take him down by themselves. He scares them.

But now that there is a chink in his armor - MAGA turning against him - his base is rebelling on him .

They see the opportunity to blame DJT's rebellious base to pile on with them and say that it is his base that taking him down and they are just doing what their constituency wants them to do.
