Of course it's 30 days for former presidents and Trump pitched a fit over that for Carter due to the inauguration, but that was because of his ego.

I suspect if it was Obama, Biden, Pence, or Harris, he'd throw another fit, but I'd much rather not find out.

(Flags are only flown at "half-mast" on ships. Ships have masts. On land, flags are displayed on staffs, ergo, half-STAFF.)
