is at 20-25%. Ejection fraction is the measurement of the amount of blood that your heart pumps to your body.

He was a little over 5 years before he passed.

Before we get our hopes up high, remember, Cheney had his two-wire pacemaker placed in him in 2001, 24 years ago. This could take a while and he still don't have a pacemaker, to my knowledge.
