But I disagree that there's only one reason. Another that worries me even more is that he may want to retain the files in secret because they also contain dirt on other powerful individuals, and so long as those remain hidden, they can be used as leverage against those individuals to coerce them into doing Trump's will.

The files must see the light of day not only so that there can be justice for crimes committed in the past but also to make sure they can't be used to commit crimes in the future.

5. My bet is, that he wants all the files

for HIMSELF, to hide in a secret location in Mar-a-Lago for two reasons. One to remove any evidence having to do anything with him. and Two, to have a ton of info on tons of people so that he can pull off his biggest grift ever....blackmailing all of them....
I mean really, think about it, if you were worth hundreds of millions or billions, how quick do you suppose you would give tens of millions or tens of billions to avoid being associated with Epstein.....

Regardless of the Repubs/Trump hiding or destroying the files and all other Epstein evidence, you have to know that Putin has records of all of it...

that even after all the times he's tried to grab the headlines by doing one or more awful things or trying to start a war in our streets, etc. this issue is NOT going away and in fact, is getting more headlines every day. We must keep this front and center. And even better is that the legacy media who has tiptoed around this Epstein case, knows they better get on board or some other outlet is going to get the scoop.
