Kevin Kiley (R-CA) Just Gave Up The Game on CNN on Prop 50

Trump's DOJ is claiming that the Prop 50 map is racially gerrymandered which is unconstitutional. Congressman Kiley said in passing it's politically gerrymandered which the Supreme Court has ruled is constitutional. In any case it's hypocritical and a farce.

In any case, the argument that the map is racially gerrymandered, and exclusively racially gerrymandered at that in violation of the Equal Protection Clause is farcical.

Democrats control the White House and Congress; that principle gets thrown away when the shoe is on the other foot. And the Corrupt Six will say there is nothing inconsistent about that.

Unlike the red states, Democrats in California allowed voters to make the decision and I don't think the GOP have a leg to stand on. I guess the GOP would like to sue every single voter who voted yes, but I think they'll lose every lawsuit they file.
