I Had My First Encounter With. AI Yesterday....
It was used as a Customer Service Rep to book a service call. It was real strange and I finally asked - Are youva real person?
The answer I got was that she was a virtual person. I said - you mean I'm talking to a computer? The response was a resounding - Yes.
Immediately I felt used. I hope this is not the new trend in Customer service.
I can't wait until I get my own AI virtual aide to talk to their virtual aide.
That's the way it seems to be going.
