The media is neglecting to talk about a veto proof majority vote on releasing files

2/3 is all that's required to overide a presidential veto. I think if the media focused on this the repubs in both house and senate would be more apt to do it.

speaking of what a no vote will say FOREVER about the legislator who casts it. It is not only immoral to protect powerful pedophiles, but I suspect the vote will look progressively worse and they would carry a risk if more comes out.

What I think is that the Speaker and the President's people will try hard to whip the number as low as possible in the House. They may think that if it's low enough they can avoid a vote in the Senate and protect the President from having to use a veto.

SCOTUS set that precedent 50 years ago. That may not mean much with this court, though.
