So who is Bubba and did he have a happy ending?

Don't know the drug involved in this theoretical case Epstein is talking about, where there's pictures of it. But I would bet that's what this refers to. "Blowing XYZ" means "snorting XYZ" to people who know the lingo, thus there's no need for specific nouns like "rails" or "nose candy" or whatnot.
Plus people who use drugs make up "code words" among their group to keep things on the D/L, like, all the time. Like I remember one time in my younger days someone mentioned "Tina" and I'm like ... Tina? What's that? They were like yeah. Tina. Like CHRIStina. Like CRYStal (meth). People come up with really random stuff like that. They call their dealer and go "Hey bro, have you seen Tina?". Non-incriminating is the idea.
Drug use, that's my takeaway 
A picture of Trump doing nose drugs would be very damaging i.e. something Putin in theory would want, and a lot more likely to exist literally (which was really what I was hoping, and then it comes out 
).
Jeffrey Epstein says “I’m with Bannon”, and then Mark Epstein says “Ask him if Putin has the photos of Trump blowing Bubba.”
I really can’t tell you for sure if “Bannon” is Steve Bannon or someone else. I don’t think I got the whole email thread. Just some niceties and then that exchange, and not the response, if there is one. Like I said before, for all I know, they might have been joking. I’m just saying that in my experience, that’s not common parlance for doing drugs.
I am looking for a place to legally download all this stuff so I can go through it myself, though, if you can help me out. 
Bubba however is not a known euphemism for coke, on that point I agree. Be interesting to see what it means, if we ever do. And I don't know offhand how to download it ourselves , but if you have a source that is known and you're struggling with any "technical difficulty" with something like getting the files to open, I'm pretty handy in the general world of PC's and file handling so hit me up if you want
