Bizarre Epstein files reference to Trump, Putin, and oral sex with 'Bubba' draws scrutiny in Congress

The latest tranche of emails from the estate of late convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein includes one that contains what appear to be references to President Donald Trump allegedly performing oral sex, raising questions the committee cannot answer until the Department of Justice turns over records it has withheld, says U.S. Rep. Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee.

Garcia insists the Trump White House is helping block them.

In a Friday afternoon interview with The Advocate, the out California lawmaker responded to a 2018 exchange, which was included in the emails released, between Jeffrey Epstein and his brother, Mark Epstein. In that message, Mark wrote that because Jeffrey Epstein had said he was with former Trump adviser Steve Bannon, he should “ask him if Putin has the photos of Trump blowing Bubba.”

“Bubba” is a nickname former President Bill Clinton has been known by; however, the email does not clarify who Mark Epstein meant, and the context remains unclear.

Maybe he's asking what Putin has on Trump?

Frankly I think Bill has a bit more class than that. Trump I'm not so sure.

Likely this was actually a reference to his snorting some illegal drug, likely cocaine

And I’ve never heard anyone refer to doing lines as “blowing” them, that’s the opposite of what you’re doing. Coke is referred to as blow but ingesting it is snorting, ripping or doing.

I think they’re trying to obscure the drug reference. It seems more likely that this email is talking about drugs and less likely it’s about trying to inflate Otto Pilot (watch Airplane!)

David Letterman in particular, IIRC.

And I checked my memory by consulting Wikipedia. "Bubba" is on the Wikipedia page "List of nicknames of presidents of the United States" under Clinton, and the citation leads to an Orlando Sentinel article from during the 1992 primary, which includes a history of the usage of that nickname in the south and a quip from Clinton himself that "Bubba is southern for 'mensch'" (I believe he was campaigning in the northeast at that moment).

Some of the documents mentioned Trump, including one from Epstein's brother, Mark, which references photos of Trump "blowing Bubba." "Bubba" is a nickname of former president Bill Clinton, but Mark Epstein told Newsweek the individual was not Clinton. He did not provide any additional details about the identity of “Bubba” or the meaning of the emails.

i'd really like to know if the same ambulance that left epstein' jail is the same one that arrived at the emergency room.

i'd be wondering the whole time if anyone was really going to show up with a shovel.

i think epstein rode one ambulance, lights and sirens, to the airport as another pulls out of the homeless camp towards the hospital.

It could be nothing more than "sucking up" to someone. I know everyone is hoping it is something salacious, and frankly, IMO, there are tinges of homophobia and heterosexism in some of the "excitement" about this revelation.

"Who do you have to blow to get a coffee in this joint?" as an example of a non-sexual use of the verb "to blow".
