Krasnov doesn't want Congressional Magats to approve the Obamacare subsidies. Krasnov wants Congressional Magats to take those subsidies and give it to the people instead of to the insurers in the form of untaxed health-savings accounts.

What will happen; the healthy people will drop their insurance and use the savings account money to pay doctor expenses out of pocket, only sick people will be left on Obamacare and that will cause premiums to skyrocket, that will cause Obamacare to die, that will cause thousands of Americans to die.

Democrats better hit the air waves to explain what is coming for them - DEATH. Better do it now.
