When I was at the National Cathedral on Saturday, I was talking to our local deacon. She mentioned that Cheney's funeral was going to be this week because she was serving at it. So, I'm guessing that it's private. I'm rather surprised. Usually a former VP will lie in state somewhere. I guess they just wanted to get him buried quickly.
