The files will be released with heavy redactions of his name. And how will we know if these are the real files and not made up ones? I dont trust anything that comes out of this administration !

But he probably figured it was less embarrassing to sign it than to veto it in the normal course of business and have Congress override it. Now watch Bondi deploy all the legal flak and countermeasures she can come up with.
