DOJ says the omitted charge in the Comey indictments was only "shown to the Foreperson"?

So now I suppose there has to be a hearing to ask the Foreperson ??

Doesn't sound like an accepted and normal procedure.

you need a majority of the grand jury to vote for a charge for it to be a true bill.
