Contained in that post is a video by attorney Elizabeth Cronise McLaughlin giving a line-by-line synopsis of what the Epstein bill (now law because f45 signed it) contains. I urge you to view it in order to (1) understand that what most people (even on DU) are posting about is absolutely false and not allowed under the Act, (2) what happens to those who violate the Act, (3) that the attorneys who wrote the Act inserted "punishment clauses" in the Act for any non-compliance, and (4) that the USSC will have no jurisdiction in any dispute. Disputes will generally be settled by Congress -- that unanimously approved the law, hence the Rs will have no standing to file suit.
