BREAKING: A district court has rejected Texas Republicans’ bid to pause the ruling blocking their unconstitutional, gerrymandered map. We now await Texas to request a stay from SCOTUS.

NEW: The three-judge district court, on a 2-1 vote, denied Texas's stay request in the redistricting case, meaning this will likely be going up to SCOTUS shortly. (Judge Jerry Smith, unsurprisingly, would have granted the stay.) storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
