He and his brother Dylan do cooking demos. Liam does healthy stuff and debunks idiot "facts" and Dylan has his cookbook and cooks up old recipes from old cookbooks. Many from the 1800s. I've posted some of Dylan's recipes.

The part where Joe is on the amusement park ride that talks about how the "UN un-Nazied the world" is just creepy.
