because the only way to get rid of him is by making The Dotard want to get rid of him. Treason doesn't do that. Sad but true.

So it has to be framed as "he betrayed Tr*mp" and "he insulted Tr*mp" and "he belittled Tr*mp" and "he mocked Tr*mp" and "he fooled Tr*mp" and "he manipulated Tr*mp" and "he lied to Tr*mp" and "he got rich tricking Tr*mp" and "he got paid Tr*mp's money."

Since they are not technically an enemy, the legal definition of 'treason'
does not apply here--- legally, Russia is not an 'enemy' of the United States...

although 'in spirit', that is another thing altogether....
