One reporter moved to call Trump out on his false claim, ultimately sparking his wrath.
Actually, your DOJ, [inspector general] just reported this year that there was thorough vetting by DHS and by the FBI of these Afghans who were brought into the U.S., so why do you blame the Biden administration for what this man did?
Because they let him in! Are you stupid? Are you a stupid person? Trump lashed out.
Because they came in on a plane along with thousands of other people who shouldn't be here, and you're just asking questions because you're a stupid person! And we there's a law passed that it's almost possible to get them out once they come in.

(23,272 posts)Every cliche you've ever heard about "teams" and "teamwork," like "There's no "I" in team," all of the platitudes, repeated endlessly.
And if you've seen the movie "Office Space," that's what it was really like. Especially when they showed the reaction to "Hawaiian Shirt Day." A sea of faces belonging to people who really didn't like each other, who realized if you didn't FEEL it, you had to PRETEND you did, or you were HOSED.
So taking the long route to answer your question, anyone who spoke like that would be well on their way to being ousted from the company.
Maybe not one outburst. They'd be in the doghouse for that, but repeat offenses?
I think they call it "Career Suicide."

(17,188 posts)I have posted this here a few 100 times by now I suspect. I consider it one of the best articles I have ever read on mental health. It addresses what is often left out in conversations on mental health. As you said, its as if its your fault if you are unhappy :

Yet it's impossible to take issue with unless you are literally a braindead cult member and they are a dwindling minority. The fact that these journalists won't even start with this baby step is anything but inspiring.

WASHINGTON, Nov 27 (Reuters) - The Trump administration on Thursday blamed Biden-era vetting failures for the admission of an Afghan immigrant suspected of shooting two National Guard members in Washington, D.C., but the alleged gunman was granted asylum this year under President Donald Trump, according to a U.S. government file seen by Reuters.
