I'm a good old fashioned conspiracy theorist when it comes to thuglicans and uncaged billionaires...
He has to remind himself of how special and important he is at all times, you know!
That looks like embroidery to me. I'll bet he orders a big stack of those shirts every few months, all with the same custom embroidery, so he never has to worry about running out of clean ones! 
She is just as bad as he is.

But I can still toss a 40-pound bag of pellets over my shoulder and lug it into the house. That's gotta count for something!
Not only does he need reminding but his whole entourage must be reminded as well. Anybody with two brain cells needs to be reminded.. Who could believe that the blob sitting slack jawed in front of them is THE President of the USA?
