Her name is Victoria Roschyna - she was mutilated , beaten and tortured and may have been vivisected for some of her organs by the Russian state, for her work as a reporter in Ukraine.

wish a reporter would hand him one and ask to fill it out while being filmed. Or on camera ask him how
to spell Government, Constitution, Congressional, Confederacy and if he has some lame excuse not to,

(I'm guessing only the forward half of the eye is useful, since they can't reconnect the optic nerve. For many transplant recipients, I believe it is only the lens or cornea which is used.)
