Trump’s cabinet meetings have become notorious for the sycophantic displays put on by his department heads, but the fawning may have reached its zenith on Tuesday.

“You made it through the hurricane season without a hurricane…you kept the hurricanes away,” claimed Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, to laughter from around the table.

It's unclear how sincere Noem's comments were meant to be.
