Is anybody else getting "please verify you are human" when replying

or posting an OP? This seems to have just started. Frankly, this is pissing me off, having to do this with EVERY reply and OP.

update: whatever the problem was, it seems to have resolved itself.

That one happens to me occasionally. EarlG set that one up some time go, if I remember correctly. But it usually doesn't happen several times in just a few days.

but I don't know if it's my computer, my hot spot or the website, it's really no big deal, except when I go to post a comment, I get the comment all written out and when I hit the post button, it goes to the login page and the post is gone.

I can offer zero advice because, respectfully, you gave zero information on which to figure a cause.

I was getting endless CATCHAS for other sites until I found some magic trick for iPhone that curtailed that.

With the info you gave, the only guess I can offer is either elves or cosmic rays. Please help others help you.

If that's a new feature that's been added, it was probably done to ward off bots. I don't mind having to to check a "yes, I am human" box as long as I don't have to do one of those things where you have to click every box that has X in it. I HATE those because I almost never get it right the first time!

I will pay more attention to see if I get that check you are human disclaimer.
i do get it regularly but I will now make a note of where.
Many days I wish I could disconnect completely (except here). And go back to just cash and checks for payment.
My life got really complicated when my credit card was overcharged while traveling with no plans to return to where the overcharge happened.
It was frustrating to explain that to the rep at the bank's call service. It took over 3 months to resolve.
