How to become morbidly wealthy in America

Let's also be honest about how the super wealthy got where they are. There are many maneuvers, loopholes, and schemes that create immense wealth. What are they - I will start:

Create a holding company that buys up midsize manufacturers in the US and ships the jobs to China and other countries while maintaining a US presence through its computer system. Lost jobs

Create a private equity firm that buys companies and runs them into bankruptcy by taking all taking the cash, selling off assets, and charging the company enormous fees. Lost jobs

Buying up real estate and houses to jack up the prices for sale and rentals so housing becomes unaffordable for more people. More people without homes to live in

There are more and we are expected to subsidize them as well. I wish all politicians were not so afraid to offend these predatory leeches.

because I was picking up on Tom Hartmann's phrase from a few days ago. Just as a morbidly obese person is slowly killing themselves, the morbidly wealthy are killing their prey and ultimately devouring what made them wealthy in the first place.

I should include university presidents and higher-level administrators among those who seem to be over-paid.

These ignorant "businesspeople" seem intent on destroying the systems, the norms, the environment that made them rich in the first place.
