Hard to keep up.
Only thing one can count on is that every day means new lawsuits, from both sides, all in response to tRump ruining our country.

And the monopolisation of some of the higher court's resources. I mean, he seems to be virtually tying up the Supremes and has done so for a years. This obviously costs money and I'm damn sure he isn't paying for it.

In this case chaos hobbles the courts which have been one of the primary bulwarks against Trump. And having taxpayers pay to defend Trump's regime is a huge bonus.
