or personal responsibility. It is China's, Mexico's, Columbia's, Venezuela's fault. Never ours for buying the stuff. Instead of spending time and money committing murder on the seas, why don't we put that money into rehabilitation, diversionary treatments and prevention?

that is just a cover story; drug running is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE, is not terrorism
