I Have Questions About Drug Dealers Inside The U.S.

If a cop catches people selling drugs on a street corner, can he just, "kill them all?'

If the drug dealer offers the cop a bribe should the cop be obliged to accept the bribe and let him go?

Isn't that what Krasnov and Whiskey Pete are doing?

taking what is a rare, illegal exception to standard practice and increasing it exponentially for profit, chaos, or cruelty.

I think that English needs a word for this. To trump is already used as a verb, maybe maga. The president took the rare practice of appointing incompetent cronies and magaed it, appointing a bevy of boorish buffoons and a kkkornucopia of kkkorrupt, inkkkompetent kkklowns to high office.
