I'm happy that we have SCOTUS justices who uphold the Constitution, rather than activists "legislating from the bench."

YES...the subject line is REPUBLICAN PROJECTION, one of the most repeated accusations against "liberal judges" and their "justification" for more Federalist Society goons in the high and low courts.

since the redistricting may backfire as safe districts have been weakened, and margins are shifting.
But good to know that SCOTUS still can't be counted on for anything intended to serve democracy.
