Martial Law

How is Martial law initiated?

Could the next president declare Martial Law and then arrest all of the rump administration. Ice, , everyone hired after 1/21/25 in the federal government, all military that followed illegal orders, I was ordered to do this BS ! Then no trails just ship all of them to the same places that they shipped the Immigrants?

then the President has no authority to declare and institute Martial Law and if the Flim Flam Man tries it, no court will allow it, and I highly doubt the SCOTUS would allow it either.
