5. I read this or something like this a few days ago.

When the woman wearing scrubs was pulled out of her car, my first thought was 'what is it was a serial rapist looking for the right opportunity to have his way with her'.

This is worse than the Nazis and potentially not as bad as the Nazis. Hitler and Himmler knew what they wanted and had a timeline when their plan will be laid out. That timeline consisted of several years and the result was, on the surface, an efficient gestapo.

Miller does not have the apparent luxury of several years. That is why he demands 10K be hires in the matter of a few months. And he demands X number of non-white people being detained per day. Both numbers are unreal or undoable. He must be going through HR employees like Liz Taylor went through husbands.

It sounds like Miller's plan will eventually collapse under its own incompetence. If 47s heart rate falls far below 47, it may hasten the collapse.

Okay, the 468-pound guy whose own doctor certified that he was physically unable to do the work did surise me just a little bit, considering that they need to be able to slam people to the ground and all. But everything else sounds like par for the course. After all, we know that no one is "sending their best people" to do these jobs!
