I'm having a hard time with the confession of the 'alleged' DC bomber.

Here’s way, I thought they have a video of possibly a white girl or small white male.

It seems awfully odd that this guy would confess when the authorities said that they didn’t have any suspects and the was reported here a few months ago.

I’m just perplexed how this case have been resolved so quickly?

To me, the ‘alleged suspect’ was pushed into a confession rather than the authorities having ample evidence and reasons to charge this man.

To wrap it all up, Trump’s DOJ just seems to be way over their skies! I’m thinking they need a win and this how they’re going to get a win.

Believe it or not most defendants talk themselves into a jail cell. This is nothing new.

IMHO.

various stores plus cell phone data plus vehicle data.

Also, if they were gonna make something up, they wouldn't make up the part where the guy is a Trump supporter who thought the 2020 election was stolen. That aspect sure doesn't serve their purposes.

his current trouble started when he forgot to set the timers and the diversion did not fully draw in the capital's defenders.

iow trump was counting on him, and he let dear leader down.

Do you have information indicating this gut was arrested, tried and convicted for something he did on January 6?

Totally different than the Nixon pardon.

Could Trump issue a new preemptive pardon for this guy? Sure. But that’s not what the post I was addressing was saying.

It happens all the time. They do it sometimes for the attention, something promised, or occasionally because of a mental disorder.

The latest example is the whacko who confessed to Kirk’s shooting in Utah initially.

Since there’s a confession, there will be no trial. No evidence presented. No jury of peers. No due diligence. No investigation as that’s up to the prosecution.

Due to Trump’s wide ranging EO blanket pardon. The confessor will probably walk after his fifteen minutes are up.

Personally, I think this whole goat rodeo is a means for Patel’s keystone FBI to claw at having an ounce of credibility in law enforcement and investigation.

The question remains, is this actually the January sixth pipe bomber. It’s looking like we will never know.

The prosecution still has to get a conviction even with a confession if the defendant wants a trial.

Sure a confession makes a plea deal more likely, but it's not automatic. One of the DC snipers confessed and still had multiple trials for example.

corrupt, wrong, inaccurate, reckless, camera hungry, lying, or just ignorant. As a starting point...until shown otherwise. In the case of the bomber, it hasn't yet been shown otherwise, IMHO.

It may be that this guy is guilty. But it would be wrong to give Bondi, Patel, Bongino, and the WH the benefit of the doubt. Ever. Let them and investigative journalists show their homework.

People should still ask questions.
