White men are the losers in DEI- Wash Post

This article is too funny. Trump and McMahon have no idea how poorly white men do in testing. McMahon and Trump are too old to understand how the world has changed. I always let people know if you want to see how white men compete today just take a look at the NBA. Almost all the white players are from Europe while our own white players gave up competing 20 years ago. It is the same in collage attendance and graduation.

Making it clear they know they can't compete on merit.

it seems like it's always the white guys who believe in white supremacy that are the ones who just cannot compete with women / POC

4. "White Supremacy" is all about White Mediocrity (I am one), and the fear of having to compete and excel.

I never had better and more challenging work environments than when I was with non-white company.

If I had something to learn, and there was plenty, I learned.

If I had something to teach, I taught it.

Did I rest on my laurels, earned or unearned? Sure, a couple of times, but those were boring as the daily Trump self-award ceremony.

Privilege, as in unearned privilege, pulling rank, or preaching what you don't live: THAT is the "welfare state" where you show your "white badge" (or rows of medals you bought) and expect the world to deliver you:

1. Everything.
2. Everything for free.
3. Everything right fucking now.
4. Everything on a fucking silver platter.

"Because"

Don't ask me how I learned these little maxims. (hint: the hard way)

And as for "those lazy brown asses having an advantage", they're running a race with their fucking shoe laces tied.

Immigrants came to this country and worked their fucking asses off just to gain a foothold when nobody would hire them.

Great people lift others up.
Trashy people try to cut others down.

It shows.

When someone tells you, Mister Loser, that you're a "winner", your wallet and dignity are being lifted.

No end of fucking fools to con.

Those initiatives never lowered standards, at least at the business level.
Some accommodations were made in academics for the lower standards achieved at thousands of minority school due to systemic design or abject neglect.
But, that didn't happen in business. Companies are still primarily interested in making money. They don't lower standards of competence hoping they will still be as profitable. They assure profititability by maintaining standards.

10. DEI has nothing to with hiring preferences or educational acceptance.

DEI is not ‘anti-white’ nor does it ‘discriminate’ against white men.

DEI policies and programs are used by employers and educators to promote understanding among racial, ethnic, and cultural groups.

Like ‘woke,’ there is no such thing as ‘DEI’ as misrepresented and lied about by conservatives.
