We folks who are outside Texas need to do what we can to make this win (and others) a reality.
One very effective way is to invest early money in State Democratic Parties. Building party infrastructure and outreach early is critical to engaging "lost" Democrats -- Dems who have given up because they believe they are literally alone in a sea of red.
