I think he’s had a few things cut off and some cryo done and some of the photos of him without makeup look to me like he has some vitiligo. Don’t know if others have seen that too? I’ve also said for years now that his skin looks like he has non-alcoholic fatty liver disease or something similar.

Like most things with him, the orange is a distraction that hides underlying structural defects.
