If I got to ask the 6 partisan, oligarch loving, traitors on the Supreme Court one question:

Your honors, and I use the term with more than a touch of irony, Donald Trump is an arsonist setting fire to every ideal of the Founding Fathers. You don't just keep giving him the matches; you keep giving him an unlimited supply of gasoline.

Do you any conscious about how your actions will destroy the once great beacon of democracy to the world or is your being a whore for Leo Leonard, The Federalist Society, and the oligarchs all you care about?

...John Roberts, if he cares about his legacy, and I believe The Federalist Society impresses on these people not to, since they'll be dead, is going to go down in infamy probably second to Roger Taney as the worst Chief Justice of the United States. Roberts has shown himself to be a true believer in the Unity Executive Theory, something antithetical to our historical understanding of the separation of powers.

What's so galling about this Court is they routinely throw out well considered, well researched, and well written decisions in favor of their strained, close to crackpot, conclusions. From the time you had your first American Studies class in school you were told "No person is above the law". John Roberts is the person who trashed that ideal, and that alone is unforgivable. Once this Court strikes down Humphey's Executor, we might as well have a king because there will never be another independent agency in this country. You might as well not have independent courts -- and it looks like the Roberts Court is fine with that as well.
