We aren't at war with Venezuela.

Kegsbreath isn't illegally killing soldiers, he is murdering civilians. Please do not allow this administration to make the case for murdering enemy combatants., I doubt they had significant weapons on those boats.

This will lead to the military being allowed to murder drug dealers on the streets of America.
