Trump's 'Absolutely Crazed' Threat To Those Who Question His Health Sparks Outrage

As far as I am concerned, the overall health of the President is of GREAT concern to the Nation and to the Security of the world in general. The media made such a BFD over Joe Biden's health constantly. Joe was frank about his health and did not threaten anyone over it. But the Donald? THOU SHALT NOT ASK ANY QUESTION ABOUT IT!

Donald Trump lipped out in a post on his Truth Social platform on Tuesday as he issued an ominous warning to anyone who questions his health, suggesting “it’s seditious, perhaps even treasonous” and libelous.

Trump — apparently still fuming from an article in The New York Times which highlighted his recent lightened workload and asked about his energy levels — insisted in a furious, lengthy screed there “has never been a President that has worked as hard as me” with his hours “the longest” and results “among the best.”

The 25th Amendment has been coming up a lot lately. The signs are there!

1. Falling asleep during Cabinet meetings.
2. Covering the right hand with the left.
3. Sitting behind the desk rather than in chairs when hosting a Foreign Leader.
4. Rambling off on a tangent.
5. Asking for questions to be repeated for lack of hearing or not comprehending the subject matter..
6. Outrage over trivial matters.

Just to name a few.

That's a lot of votes. Not sure how you'd get them.

For contrast - a successful impeachment is only a majority in the house and 2/3 of the Senate. It's actually easier to impeach a president than use the 25th.

The whole thing feels exhausting to follow. Every time health questions pop up, the noise gets louder and the facts get murkier. I went through a smaller version of this confusion during my own case mess in Florida and what saved my sanity was getting clear info from people who actually explain things in normal words. Child Support Hero did that for me and it helped me calm down when everything online felt overheated. Might help here too if you want a clearer read on what is legal bluster and what actually matters.

trump knows that he has declined both mentally and physically. trump is worried about the 25th Amendment

President Donald Trump attacked The New York Times in a new Truth Social post on Tuesday night, suggesting the paper's reporting on his health may be "seditious" and that reporters for the outlet may have committed treason.

President Donald Trump attacked The New York Times in a new Truth Social post on Tuesday night, suggesting the paper's reporting on his health may be "seditious" and that reporters for the outlet may have committed treason.

Trump issued the screed after he delivered a speech in Monroe County, Pennsylvania, that was supposed to focus on affordability, but meandered through old talking points about immigration and the wonderful job his cabinet secretaries are doing.

In the post, Trump claimed he is the hardest-working president in history and that his "results are among the best."....

After all of the work I have done with Medical Exams, Cognitive Exams, and everything else, I actually believe it’s seditious, perhaps even treasonous, for The New York Times, and others, to consistently do FAKE reports in order to libel and demean 'THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES,'" he added. "They are true Enemies of the People, and we should do something about it. They have inaccurately reported on all of my Election Results and, in fact, were forced to apologize on much of what they wrote."

"The best thing that could happen to this Country would be if The New York Times would cease publication because they are a horrible, biased, and untruthful 'source' of information," he continued.

Trump's health has been called into question recently after the president admitted to taking a cognitive test and getting an MRI. Some psychological experts suggested that Trump may be experiencing early signs of dementia.

Other medical experts have pointed to the bandage on his hand and the swelling of his ankles as evidence of his physical decline.

"In addition to all of that, I go out of my way to do long, thorough, and very boring Medical Examinations at the Great Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, seen and supervised by top doctors, all of whom have given me PERFECT Marks — Some have even said they have never seen such Strong Results. I do these Tests because I owe it to our Country. In addition to the Medical, I have done something that no other President has done, on three separate occasions, the last one being recently, by taking what is known as a Cognitive Examination, something which few people would be able to do very well, including those working at The New York Times, and I ACED all three of them in front of large numbers of doctors and experts, most of whom I do not know. I have been told that few people have been able to ‘ace’ this Examination and, in fact, most do very poorly, which is why many other Presidents have decided not to take it at all.”

61. MaddowBlog-Trump sees reporting about his age and stamina as 'seditious, perhaps even treasonous'
Wed Dec 10, 2025, 04:59 PM
Wednesday

Two weeks ago, The New York Times published a report on the president showing his age. It may have hit a nerve.

https://www.ms.now/rachel-maddow-show/maddowblog/trump-sees-reporting-about-his-age-and-stamina-as-seditious-perhaps-even-treasonous

But when it comes to Trump’s media enemies list, The New York Times continues to hold the top slot — as evidenced by his decision in October to sue the newspaper for $15 billion, claiming that it defamed him and tried to ruin his reputation.

This week, the president took this ongoing offensive in an unsettling direction. As Time magazine summarized:

Donald Trump will be the oldest U.S. President in history by the time he leaves office if he serves out his full second term, and while he nicknamed his predecessor Joe Biden as ‘Sleepy’ and amplified questions about his declining fitness for office, Trump now says that reports about his own aging are ‘seditious, perhaps even treasonous.’

That might sound like a wild exaggeration, but it’s entirely accurate.

On Tuesday night, after delivering an economic speech in which the president encouraged Americans to settle for less, Trump published a hysterical 487-word rant to his social media platform that was disturbing, even for him......

But I’m also struck by the broader context: Two weeks ago, the Times published a report on the Republican’s effort to “project round-the-clock energy, virility and physical stamina,” which is starting to give way to an awkward new reality. From the article:

Mr. Trump, 79, is the oldest person to be elected to the presidency, and he is aging. … Nearly a year into his second term, Americans see Mr. Trump less than they used to, according to a New York Times analysis of his schedule. Mr. Trump has fewer public events on his schedule and is traveling domestically much less than he did by this point during his first year in office, in 2017, although he is taking more foreign trips. He also keeps a shorter public schedule than he used to. Most of his public appearances fall between noon and 5 p.m., on average.

In the days that followed, the president appeared to fall asleep in a variety of official settings.

This is, to put it lightly, an unusually sensitive subject for Trump, and given his online harangue, it seems the Times touched a nerve.
