There is no other explanation. He is a mentally sick and deformed human being.

There is no need to look for further explanations when he tears down the White House, bombs people in small boats, pardons hardcore criminals, extorts his billionaire "friends", threatens his political enemies, commits all sorts of criminal acts, and tears down our country with every passing day.

We have seen enough. There is no rationalizing his actions. He is a malevolent narcissist, which by definition is a cruel person, with no empathy for others.

This morning he is threatening the NYTimes because they reported on his health. In his ten years in the public spotlight, he has lied and refused to give the people any information about his health.

We do not need any further explanations about Donald J Trump.

He just needs to be gone so America can try to heal itself.

While not a formal diagnosis, malignant narcissism describes a combination of traits from narcissistic personality disorder and antisocial, paranoid, and sadistic personality features. To my untrained eye, the label fits Trump to a tee.

They feed on the the emotions of resentment and fear to which most people are vulnerable to some degree, and amplify those emotions into hatred of anyone not a member of their 'tribe'. Fox News is pitched at about a 5th grade level of intellect, so it attracts a large viewership of followers who can only handle simplistic viewpoints. It becomes easy to brainwash those people into whatever Fox News wants them to think. In particular, liberals are demonized to the extent that Trump seems to be the only alternative.
