Jim Ward passed away 😞
One of the saddest messages I have ever recieved today from the amazing Mrs Jim Ward Janice:
— Stephanie Miller (@stephaniemiller.bsky.social) 2025-12-10T22:21:14.805Z
Our wonderful âvoice deityâ as Steph anointed Jim Ward, passed away today at 10:45AM. Can you let Steph know? Thanks, Janice

(102,457 posts)We kind of knew this was coming as he's been ill for some time . Still it wrecks my heart .
He was incredibly talented and super funny . We should add some links to some of his work
to remember him .

(34,845 posts)He was in memory care for the past couple of years. I can't remember if he had Alzheimer's or some other form of dementia. I'm sure Stephanie will dedicate a good portion of her show to him tomorrow. Jim was funny as hell. I'm sure she'll play lots of old clips of his comedy bits. I can't find his rendition of Kim Jong Un singing his version of "Yellow Submarine," which never fails to crack me up. But, this is even funnier:
Good bye, Jim. Thanks for the laughs.

(481 posts)every morning on Stephanie Miller's Show. His voice is still announcing Steph. RIP Jim Ward. I will always admire him. I started reading the comic Marmaduke because he would talk about what Marmaduke did every day. My condolences to his family and the entire Stephanie Miller crew.
