Noem left hearing early for a FEMA meeting

7. The last questioning clip - the speaker missed a golden opportunity -

assuming they took place in the order shown.

In the first two clips, she repeatedly insisted she couldn't pick and choose which laws should be enforced, with regard to two exported individuals. In the third, when asked if she was violating the law by exporting individuals with open ongoing asylum cases, she reverted to the "Biden left us a mess."

She can't have it both ways - either she has discretion, or she doesn't. That question (and her response) should be made part of the response.
