DOGE was never about saving taxpayer dollars.

A) The oiligarchs and techbros barely pay anything in taxes. You didn't think that they cared about your taxes, did you?

B) The massive amount of data collection; secure, verified, personal data was a gold mine.

C) Hobbling government, whenever government isn't actively aiding its owners, the oiligarchs, is a major goal.

D) Showing the people of the US who is really in charge, and that we can't count on government to even keep do something as basic and important as keeping our data safe is a major goal.

E) THE CHAOS IS THE POINT.
