"Ukraine says Russian drone attack hit civilian Turkish vessel"

This is the headline from a Reuters article dated 12/13/25 with a byline from Max Hunder with editing by Mark Potter. From the article:

"Ukraine's navy accused Russia of deliberately attacking a civilian Turkish vessel carrying sunflower oil to Egypt with a drone on Saturday, a day after Moscow hit two Ukrainian ports. In a statement on Telegram, the navy said the vessel was called the Viva and had 11 Turkish citizens on board. It added that nobody was hurt and the vessel was continuing its journey to Egypt."

This follows on the heels of Russia hitting more Turkish ships on 12/12/25 in Ukrainian ports according to the article:

"On Friday, Russia attacked two Ukrainian ports, damaging three Turkish-owned vessels, according to Ukraine's navy. A large fire broke out on one of those ships."

So since Crumb The 1st has issued a security policy aligning with Russia then this would mean we are on board with attacking the ships of a fellow NATO member. While Article 5 hasn't typically included ships at sea this action by Putin, now with his new openly stated "security partner" in the US, it calls further upon NATO nations in Europe to take a stronger stance against Russia. I would suggest withdrawing some diplomats, kicking out a huge number of Russian diplomats, canceling visas, closing airspace to Russian flights, denying port entry to ships and canceling trade contracts. Just for starters. The world needs to stop giving in to the bullying of Putin. Period.
