My second emotional sharing today - not usual.
You really won't believe this. On Rob Schmit...right no...on notnewsmax - he is trying to create a narrative that the killings at Brown were motivated by hatred against Repugs. Ella Cook, one of the murder victims was a prominent conservative, and I think she was a member of the college repugs.
He had the head of the college repugs of America on the show. They implied all conservatives at college should be scared of "the left" targeting them. Schmidt said the "left" won't tolerate conservatives. He said the "left" wants to squash the conservatives. He said it must so hard for conservatives to be at a liberal college like Brown.
I will never get used to this kind of vile unfounded self-serving rhetoric. We never should!
Rob Schmidt is a vile moral-less human being. They should not be allowed to pass this off as journalism, or even commentary.
Two young talented people are dead...several others are recovering in the hospital. This is a tragedy! It is a tragedy for the country! It is a tragedy for Brown University! It is a tragedy for Providence RI, and the state as a whole. Families lost precious loved ones!
We do not know a motive for this devastating act of violence. What kind of reptile tries to find a way to work this to their propaganda ridden narrative?
Oh I know - the kind of reptile who is paid to get people to blame imaginary liberals, rather than guns.

(52,570 posts)This is why we lose many elections. The "conservatives" own the airwaves and most social media. A lot of people have been easily influenced by their emotional manipulation.
As they grew their presence, the nation has trended away from liberalism and sane discourse.
