Why the hell would they be at a skating park?

Maybe harass elementary school kids or grandparents/nannies taking toddlers out to teach them how to balance on skates?
Perhaps the local church is setting up a Christmas theme skate display, and they think they can grab a couple brown skinned volunteers who are practicing their religious obligations.

Whatever they're doing, they're looking for easy holiday bonuses.

4. Minnesota kids can skate a lot faster than ICE goons.

We learn to skate as soon as we can walk. If those ICE assholes get on the, um, ice, they'll fall on their faces.
